And one way of achieving consistency is to routinize habits.
When I startwd using Duolingo, the days I missed it were the days I set the reminder off. But once the reminder, the cue is on, my chances of doing it was 100%. The reminder served as an accountability partner for me and it drove my consistency up.
So just yesterday, i was talking with a friend, asking him what i need to do so i can improve in the way i speak, he said you can watch movies with subtitles and also read newsletters,before now i didn't know what newsletter is, but immediately i remembered you always talk about subscribing to your newsletter on your post on facebook,and i'm here, this is the first i'm reading I'm so inspired this night,so many areas in my life that i need to improve on, Thank you Chinaza. I learnt and I would be putting it to work.

It's a reminder that discipline is still the game changer. If we always depend on our feelings to act, we might never get anything worthwhile done.
It's been a while since I read Atomic Habits, but I have seen how much of a difference committing 30 minutes everyday to a goal/project can make.
